LADIES LUNCH BUNCH will not be gathering in the month of July (guess they want to do something else on July 4th)" alt="pastedGraphic.png">!  They plan to reconvene on Wednesday, August 1st – place to be announced, so stay tuned!

                                                      Mens breakfast 2

MEN EAT, TOO!  The guys meet the second Wednesday of each month (for July, it will be July 11th) at 9:00 am at the Clifton Denny’s for breakfast.  They’d love to have you come on down and have a cup of coffee and breakfast with them.  (PS – spouses have been known to meet for breakfast, too – usually, the ladies sit at their own table…" alt="pastedGraphic.png">)

                      Gosper Gleaners

GOSPEL GLEANERS will be on break until September.  If you have not been able to join us, please feel free to drop in any time!  We meet at the main library on Thursdays at 1:00 pm.

               Family fun night a

JOIN US FOR FRIDAY FUN NIGHT on Friday, July 20th  beginning at 6:30!  Our activities have included game night, movie night, a combination of both and a biking/hiking/picnic at a community park.  Everyone is invited – our “happenings” appeal to all ages!

                       I love reading 1

BOOKCLUB BABES’ “read” for July is “The Perfect Summer” by Luanne Rice.  It is the 4th in the Hubbard Cove series, BUT, you don’t have to read the first three in the series to enjoy this one!  From the MCPLD website: “Friendship and love can make all things new again.”  A good fun read for summer.  The discussion will be on Monday, July 23rd at 1:30 pm at the home of Katy Trimm.  In August, the bookclub will be back to its regular third Monday of the month schedule.

PLEASE ADD CHURCH CAMP TO YOUR SUMMER CALENDAR! Our church has X Lazy F Ranch reserved July 12-18, 2018. The ranch is only two hours away by car, but high in the mountains (9600 feet). It's a great time to spend time in God's gorgeous creation renewing our spirits. There is no program planned, but we eat two meals a day and people choose to play games, go for walks, read good books, and have amazing fellowship every day. We now have electricity 24 hours a day, so CPAP machines are welcome. Come for a day, a few days, or the whole week! And bring your friends! The more people we have, the cheaper it is for each camper. Talk to Sue Jerome, Dave Trimm, or Lance Earley for more information. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board. Want more info about the ranch? Visit
